On Data Privacy

By accessing and giving information via this Payment Portal of the  Legal Edge Bar Review Center (“Review Center”), you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and processing by the Review Center of your personal information ("Data") for the purpose of managing, implementing, and administering the enrolment and conduct of Review Center’s Bar Review Program for 2025 (“Program”).

You also understand that the Review Center may send reminders and follow up to your contact details regarding your enrolment.  

You hereby authorize the Review Center to gather, possess, use, retain, and process the Data, in electronic or other form, for the above purposes.  

You may, at any time, review the Data, require any necessary amendments to it, or withdraw the consent herein by contacting the Review Center's Data Privacy Officer at 09178945356. However, withdrawing your consent to the processing of your Data may affect your eligibility to participate in the Program and receive the benefits provided thereunder.

The Data will only be held as long as necessary to implement, administer, and manage your participation in the Program, and other similar endeavors intended to better serve you, to improve the Program and the Review Center's operations, or to fulfill other purposes as may be required by law orby lawful authorities.

On Intellectual Property


Subject to existing laws, all products of the Review Center, such as, but not limited to,  review materials and the lecture videos shown via livestreaming and replay-on-demand facilities and other intellectual properties belong to, and shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Review Center. You are not authorized to share, reproduce and/or distribute for any purpose, whether for profit or not, any of these products and  properties of the Review Center.

The Review Center reserves the right to avail of applicable civil, criminal, and/or administrative remedies to prosecute or defend its products or intellectual properties from any unauthorized reproduction, use and/or distribution thereof.

On the Conduct of Lectures


The Review Center utilizes online live streaming of the lectures, with replay-on-demand access. While most of lecturers have consented to the live streaming of their lectures, there may be some who may not allow their lectures recorded or made available in the replay-on-demand facility.  You will be notified, in advance, of these very few cases, where the lecture can only be viewed thru live streaming so you can attend the same.

There may also be a few  lecturers who would prefer to provide recorded lectures for your use instead of doing it via live streaming.

Further, there may be isolated instances when there are connectivity/technical issues beyond the reasonable control of the Review Center. In such instances, you may kindly relay this so the Review Center can timely check if there a way to prevent or minimize this concern.  

The Review Center has no control over the lecturer’s preferred manner or methodology in the conduct of his lectures. Neither does the Review Center have control on the demeanor, tone of voice, choice of words and mannerisms of its lecturers.  You fully acknowledge that some lecturers may have power point presentations or materials while the others may not have the same. You also understand that the Review Center cannot compel its lecturers to share their materials as this is subject to their discretion.

Installment Payments


If you availed of our installment payment scheme, you hereby agree to pay theremaining balance of your enrollment fee within a month after the first payment wasmade. Should you fail to pay the balance on due date, the Review Center shall have theright to stop your access, at any time, to the lectures, materials and other facilities ofthe Review Center.

On the Technical Requirements for Viewing the Online Live Streaming


For the online livestreaming of our lectures,  the Review Center will be using the Zoom webinar application. This application requires a stable internet connection with a minimum of 1 MBPS download and upload speed. You must use your registered personal e-mail address only with the Review Center in creating your individual Zoom accounts.

Under no circumstances shall the Review Center be accountable for any issue, risk or loss on account of, or in connection with your access to, or use of, or inability to access or use, the application or any associated third-party content. 

On Opinions and Views


The opinions and views expressed by the lecturers during their lectures, as well the conduct of their lectures, their behavior, manner of speaking or tone of voice, choice of language, and mannerisms are those of said lecturers and do not necessarily reflect the policy, stand or opinion of the Review Center on the subject thereof.

On Deferment and Refund of Payment


Should you decide to defer enrolment to our next review session, your request should be received by us on or before 31 May 2025.

Refund of the 50%discount of those belonging to the top 5 of their class shall be until 31 July 2025, provided that the required certification therefor is also submitted.

Access to Lectures


The lecture videos in the replay-on-demand facility shall only be accessible from March 15, 2025 to September 30, 2025.
